Week of 4/4 - 4/8

Week 6 of the 6th Six Weeks and the term is not over...this period has seven weeks. 
I encourage all students to continue to strive to be at their best. Remember that you are Falcons and you will SOAR above the rest!

This week we will focus on a region called Oceania. Oceania is name used for the islands scattered throughout most of the Pacific Ocean. You will learn more about Polynesia and Micronesia as well as other sections that Oceania has been divided by. 

Reminders:
-Students who met the Krispy Kreme fundraiser goal will be traveling to PP and the movies on Monday afternoon.
-Ice Cream treats will be passed out on Monday for those students who sold two boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
-District Benchmarks for Math and Reading are scheduled for this week. Sixth grade students will take the Math benchmark on Tuesday and Reading on Wednesday.
-Autism Awareness Walk on Friday, April 8th. 
-Six Weeks Exams next week for writing, science, and history.
